Caribbean Matters
We investigate incidents and conduct matters in arbitration and litigation, and defend criminal proceedings in relation to maritime and commercial matters including cargo claims, charterparty disputes, collisions, groundings, salvage, pollution, sale of goods, personal injury, ship repair, arrests and injunctive proceedings both directly, and in liaison with local counsel throughout the Caribbean and worldwide.
